Camera!
Laptop!
Score! These two things are my helpful companions that are going to keep you all updated on my adventures in Italia.
Got a couple of guidebooks for christmas, which is pretty sweet, because now I’ll know where to go. Oh- and here is my Visa, which is potentially the coolest thing I’ve ever seen.

Anyway, I’m getting excited. That Visa sure looks cool.
*Edit* “The Signature … who signed this…” isn’t exactly proper english, or capitalization, now is it? Oh well.

So, I got the laptop I’ll be taking with me. It’s a cheap (but good) Compaq… we’ll see how it holds up under stress. Currently it only lasts on battery power for 1′45″. I’m not sure if that’s really such a good thing, given the fact that outlets might be few and far in between.
Just yesterday I got the itinerary for the Florence and London orientations. They look pretty cool- tours around the city to show us where the best Gelatto places are, restaurants, etc. I also got the tickets for my flight, which is STRAIGHT from Phoenix to London. I really hope that the ticket says the time of departure and arrival in terms of local times, or else the flight is 22 hours long. That would be hell.
